a. Here's what I've done

Throughout my education and professional career, I have served as a leader or team member in one way or another to accomplish a task. From representing my high school graduation class as vice president as well as student government president. I’ve been assigned as the HR director for an HR simulation project in one of my classes. And currently serving  as the assistant director at my job place where I’ve collaborated with coworkers to create kid friendly projects.

b. Here's what it means to me

Leadership and teamwork to me means that I am capable and able to lead. It means that I am able to influence others and make a difference. It has given me the ability to work, express myself, and appreciate others who are different from me.

c. Here's where it leads me

I understand that collaboration and teamwork is essential to be successful in any profession. Having obtained these leadership skills/opportunities, I know that I'm well equipped to take on any tasks given to me. I'm aware that I will encounter different people from different backgrounds and my ability to work in various environments/situations makes me a great candidate for any organization.
